Vik, yeah, you mentioned that in another thread. I would have tried out the Scorchers but BTD did not have them on sale so I got the Durano instead.
invisiblehand, as for buying a bunch of tires, I wanted to maximize the savings from the BTD sale so I got 3 Pluses and 1 Durano. I think that that should be good enough for a few years. With any luck, my next tours may be up to Malaysia or better yet Cambodia (I'm in Singapore for the next little while). There may also be a tour down in the US next year (highly, highly doubtful) or RAGBRAI in 2012.
