Bikes: Ruckelshaus Randonneur, Specialized Allez (early 90's, steel), Ruckelshaus Path Bomber currently being built

My guess is a Viscount, but I think some early Klein frames (which would be tig welded aluminum) also used this type of BB. Would something like this http://www.velo-orange.com/grcruthbobr.html work?
