Nitto Mustache bars are 15/16" road bar diameter... back in the Bridgestone days there was an M bar for MTB controls.

but you could probably just flip over a "northroad/albatross bar and get close

Im using Bar end shifters on my Nitto Mustache bars , you can shift both Mountain and road derailleurs with Bar end shifters.

Ditto if you put the lever mech in a Thumbie bracket, from Pauls.
