Hey look, I'm back from the dead...
I'm doing the Philadelphia 100 mile course this year. I wonder if I'm being a bit daring. My training rides have been between 25-30 miles all summer and I didn't ride every day.
I'll definitely be planning on eating a bit more at the power stops for some more energy and potassium. Hope to see you out there again this year HigherGround - are you doing the 70 or 100?
I'll be wearing the same kit as last year - LIVESTRONG bibshorts and my green\white Voler semicustom jersey with the falcon and high school seal on the front. Black Specialized helmet. I wonder if I should remove my frame number from last year's Challenge?
Oh and I'm riding a white Specialized Allez.
