Bought a new bike... got it home, think I may be have got fleeced
Ok first let me say I know next to nothing about bikes.
Today I got my bike home after taking its first shake down ride. Got it home and went online to look at what people have said about my bike. This is where I ran into an issue.
I thought I was purchasing a 2010 Brodie Romulus. When I started looking up I noticed my bike was slightly different...
What happened is they sold me a 2009 Brodie Romulus as a 2010. So i'm feeling a little miffed.
But I wanted to come on here to see recomindations before I go back to the store.
I also ended up paying $899 for the 2009 bike, when the 2010 has a MSRP of $799. It was sold to me as new, and as far as I could tell it wasn't used before. But I still think I got scammed a bit.
I'm going to list the stats of both bikes and welcome any recomindations. Big difference I first noticed is the older one has a 6061 frame vs Cromally, so I guess that would justify the price difference. But there are also other slight differences in gear.
