I'd be pretty irritated about that too. I'd look at what the components are in 2009 vs 2010. If they are the same and the MSRP dropped, I'd go back and ask for $100 or return it. Probably outright return it with no chance for them if at any point they flat out told you it was a 2010 (versus just never telling you the year). If the components on the 2009 are better than they are on the 2010, I probably wouldn't bother going back for either a return or partial refund.
