You should have a sales reciept. Look at the reciept and see if it says "2010" or "new" or just a "bike". If it says 2010, you've got documentation and they really have to do something. If not, anything said comes down to he said/she said and amounts to nothing. Another recourse is if you bought it with a credit card. If you did, you can contact them and tell them your problem, they may be able to help. If you intend to do something, do not ride the bike because the more you ride it, the more it becomes yours as is.
