I usually keep the reflectors for the front & rear on the front fork & seatpost/rear brake bracket (all nice and legal for the cops), but the one's in the spokes I take those out figuring whatever weight they add might throw whatever balance the wheel might have off once it's been trued up ? I presume with a lighting system, the reflectors aren't necessary anymore because the lights have lenses that provide that reflective properties. I doubt a speedometer/computer sensor really throws off the balance that much. Not that one ever needs high speed wheel balancing on a bike wheel ? Whether it really matters or not ? But then I think about the difference that a road or track bike attains in speed vs that of a beach cruiser when it comes down to wheel balance with the reflectors in the spokes.
