Hey Howzit, thanks a lot for the tips. I've been working on speeding up my cadence. Before I got a road bike I used to ride canyons on my track bike, so I know what it is like to spin a fast cadence on the downhill. I guess I've been getting lazy since I got gears.

I've been looking at wheelsets and narrowed it down to either the Blackset Race Ten Wheelset from BWW (bicyclewheelwharehous.com) at 1451g for $350 shipped and the Bike Soul (bikesoul.com) S2.0 Low Profile Wheelset at 1330g for $480 shipped. I'm leaning towards the Bike Soul wheels but that extra $130 could go towards a new track crank...
