Definitely have a narrow bag in mind.
What I'll be looking for is a clip in system that won't need to be velcro'd to the post.
Jandd has a system like that. Thanks for the recommendation. I'll look into it.
I really like Lezyne's bag that velcro's directly to the rails and is set back some.
I think that would be my prime candidate.
Or even their M Caddy (if where it attaches to the post it doesn't interfere with me)...
What I'm going to do (for sure) is design and build my own personal bag with certain measurements and pockets.
I'll make it long and lean and I'm going to design it to flow with the shape of the saddle.
I already have options for a quick-connect clip system
(that turned out to be the easiest part to figure out).
I want to fit everything I need including a micro pump.
Necessity...the mother of invention.

Just bought the Lezyne in the middle photo for the exact same reason. Cool bag, but it's very small. Using the lower pocket for my multi-tool (as designed), the top section holds one tube, one tire iron, one CO2 cartridge and the screw-on filler and a small plastic patch kit box. And it's tough to get that in there. But if it saves some expensive bibs, worth it.
