Ask Target, or wal~mart if they have a bike repair department.

If not (they won't) go to your local bike shop and they will show you what is possible.

Bring the bike in , there may be more problems that have not broken yet,
but is going to, because they put bikes on the floor with minimal assembly labor,
before the sale.
