Chicago and SF did good work on their vids. I particularly liked the SF emphasis on taking the lane and Chicago's emphasis on the public's need for enforcement to keep the roads safe and civil. As usual, Portland lets their anti-bike misinformation colors fly. Cyclists certainly do not give up their right-of-way over a right turning motorist just because the motorist indicates a desire to turn across a bike lane by signaling. What pro-car crap. A thru cyclist in a bike lane has the right of way over turning vehicles in OR, plain and simple. I also loved the bike lane shown in Portland that was entirely in the door zone. Under the OR vehicle code that entire bike lane is a hazard that cyclists need not (and probably should not) ride in.
