Didn't run for a few years before riding because cross country in high school put the final nail in the coffin from what playing catcher started.

However, I set up the saddle as high as I could without rocking hips or leg pain and set the setback with the plum-bob kneecap technique. Really, my knee pain set the setback because any less and I get bad pain after 20 miles.

I also like a smaller frame for as much flexibility in my reach as I need and a good drop to the bars for a more aero position.
