Tastes like absolute crap to me, too. Even the tea is awful, thanks to the wonderful north american practice of giving you a cup of hot water and a tea bag. You're never going to get good flavour out of the tea that way.
I usually just find good beans from a good shop and buy in small quantities to make coffee at home.
