So...what have you done to your Soho? Me? Well, the gearing is stock and in fixed mode...took off the chainguard and reflectors....cut the Crowbar down to about 48cm...flipped the stem and installed the Crowbar backwards and down so you can read the "Crowbar"(s) as you look down and forward from the saddle...installed Bontager bar-ends to make quasi-bullhorns out of the configuration...installed Shimano R540 clipless (and cleats on Northwaves)...installed my trusty Brooks Professional Ti

...installed Redline chain tensioners...I'll eventually up the gearing to 48/15~16 as my legs and knees get stronger...pretty aggressive position, but doable for 1~2hr spins...much easier now to climb moderate hills with proper ergos and hand positions...easier rides against the headwinds...nice workouts...pics to follow if I had a camera and knew how lol...fun bike!
