Short answer. Unless you use extremely powerful solvents, painting will not affect the bonding material. Word of warning, it isn't rare for cracks to develop in brittle paints at the joint. If possible try to use a more flexible paint like a urethane to reduce the likelihood of cosmetic cracks.
