Oh yeah, I just remembered. Somebody suggested that you get a "drag link" socket and grind it to fit to become a custom freehub bearing race removal tool. I'm thinking that the 1-1/4" size (which looks like an oversized screwdriver bit for your socket wrench) is the one to start with.
