You won't be dissapointed bcc423. I just made the switch to SRAM last week, well SRAM X.9 shifters and SRAM X.0 rear derailleur. I stuck with the XT front derailleur, the SRAM front derailleur just weighed a little too much for my taste. So far I am very impressed with how nice the SRAM works and how easy it was to setup.
