Yea new stem and bars are just oversize in the middle the steerer tube is still 9/8"

fwiw they are metric equivalents .. to 1.25 inches in the center ..

15/16 for the rest of the bar.

Is there a made in UK label on it ? or did the Dawes brand just get applied to help sell it,
to English speakers ..
rather than something in Chinese.
