As long as people get the amount of potassium (or whatever) they need (and they typically don't have to worry too much about it), the amount in particular random foods is not very important.
The fact that one random food happens has more than some other random food doesn't make it better.
Like I said, you seem much more interested in arguing than anything else. I tried to explain why I made certain comments. If you don't understand, I guess that's just the way it is.
