Ok talked myself into a ride... Decided I would hop on the mountain bike and try for 10 miles. Just wanted to get a short ride in keep the legs loose after my long ride yesterday. Got about 3 miles from the house realized I had forgot a water bottle.... I'm such a dork!! It was after 6pm, cloudy and really not too hot out. Soooo I just rode around awhile, rode up some hills standing up for something to do.. Nice ride 11.53 miles.... I really just noticed that the mountain bike works the quads a lot more than the road bike... even when NOT standing on the hills.
