to those of you who manage to hold a job and a family and still keep some semblance of a training schedule, I applaud you.



Didn't get home from work until almost 7:30. Got in late because I suck at mornings, so stayed late, and then missed my bus and had to wait 30 minutes for the next one.

1 ride in the last 14 days. I didn't realize it had been that long. I really need to set up a schedule and stick to it better.
