Those look like Carlton "Crespera" lugs used between '67 and '74. Pretty unique to the Carlton so I would say that is what you have. Take a look at these pics for confirmation.

Looks like a match. Thanks for your help! The only thing that bugs me is the holes for the head badge bolts on mine are vertical, not horizontal like the ones in that picture. The lugs are too similar, though. I'll keep you in mind if I decide to sell it.
