this needs to be repeated. by pulling you are going to get dropped sooner. as mentioned, either pull off as soon as you get to the front or don't go to the front at all.

i would much rather have someone not pull than do a bad pull by disrupting the smoothness of the group. and if you cannot pull at the speed of the group one of the riders behind might accelerate to the speed the group as at before and make it harder for you to get back on the end of the line
