i got a box and everything. but what do I use as a packing material? is there anywhere that sells blocks of styrofoam? newspaper?

in my other thread someone mentioned foam pipe insulation as a cheap alternative to bubble wrap?

its a bmx bike btw being shipped in a road bike box.
