Thanks for posting this! We're pretty disappointed that the state paid a lot of money to a consulting firm for a plan that says, essentially, nothing. At the very least it should reflect VDOT's own bike-ped policy, adopted in 2004. So we're asking that everyone submit comments to hold them to that.
