They will be 26" wheels. Problem is there are LOTS of differently sized 26" wheels. Just look for wheels off of trashed Murray, Free Spirit, Huffy, etc 10-speeds from the 70s.

It's really not worth putting much money into this bike.

Here's the chart showing various 26" tires, among others. Your wheels are of the 590mm ISO variety.
