Thats for a bigger co2 cylinder, the one we use don't even have a regulator at the end, its sealed but I guess we cant bring it on because there is co2 in it. I think that link tsa page basically means that the co2 tank must be empty where as a tsa member can see inside of the tank.
Yeah, I understood that, but like you said, since ours are sealed we probably wouldn't be allowed to bring them.
