The rule is specifically 'excessive use'. Not a problem mentioning it to someone politely as correcting it helps get more responses than not (I won't respond in thread with much aolese, I find it annoying and just plain unintelligent). Overly excessive aolese is beyond disturbing and very against the rules. Thats when mods tend to jump in a little more
