Looks good but the stem and bars look busy and high. Maybe flip the stem? The two tone bar wrap is a personal taste thing.
IIRC, BG prefers her stem and bar a bit high like that on her bikes, so the non-quill stem and high angle is the final setup.
About the Modolos, before reinstallling the original pads on the calipers, please note that original "sintered" brake pads from Modolo were known to be very harsh on rim anodized finishes with out really providing much added braking power. I have Mavic/Modolo 451 calipers that I presently would not want to install on my bike till I find a way to replace the pads on the pad holders as I'd like to avoid beating up the sidewalls on my new wheelsets. If sintered brake pads were so good, sll sorts of manufacturers would have adapted the same or similar brake pad formulation by now.
