Money isn't an opposition for some people. To some that's nothing. Why buy million dollar watch? Something about rims people like and I don't know why. Many people buy them for their cars. Probably the looks or to attract attention. I see black people getting spinning rims when the car isn't moving. I think it looks stupid. You'll see what I mean with this video.
