If it were me, I'd keep all three. Those are really nice bikes. OK, to answer your question, #1, I'd sell the Epic for sure. It's your least favorite, it's a nice bike, but there's a few of them out there and I don't see any cult following for that bike.
IMHO, I'd keep the Trek because it's easy to make a bike grow, but difficult to shrink one.
But, if it's not a bad fit, theeeee bike to keep is the Centurion Ironman. There is certainly a cult following for that bike. I think it's going to get larger as time goes on. It's the one bike in that group that other cyclists will easily identify, I know. Robbie Tunes would be a good contact as he has had several Ironman bikes and has also had (and has) vintage carbon.
