Did you contact him through the site? I hear regular emails sometimes get caught in his filter.

I wouldn't know how long it takes him to respond because I've never ordered wheels from him (I build my own). I've only contacted him for discussion, which is also how I came to the conclusion that he makes good wheels at a great price.
