I think I got a good deal today. I bought a Specialized Hard Rock for 25 dollars.
I know that the bike isn't hot, I met the owner at the bike repair and maintenance class that the LBS ran in March. She had mentioned in the class that she wanted to sell it. I didn't think that she was actually serious.

Today my wife and I were out doing the yard sale thing, we had stopped at a sale and this woman that was there recognized me from the class, I asked if she had sold her Hard Rock yet
She said that she hadn't, I asked if she was still interested in selling it, she said she was, then she said she wanted 25 dollars for it. I said "Sold."

Turns out the reason she wanted to sell it is because it is a mans frame. She actually kept the Huffy because it was a womans frame. I couldn't believe it.
