I am going crazy trying to find a decent computer that has it all, works well and is cheap. Any one have a good recommendation?

Specifically I would need:
all speed, distance functions,
computer connection to PC

Really want:
HR
altimeter

If anyone can help narrow the vast search down I would really appreciate it. Hoping to keep below $150.00 if possible.
