My bet is the funky angle distorts the image. Note that the front wheel is farther from the wall than the rear, and the photo is taken off center and angled to re-center the image in the frame, plus it's a slight upward view point . I'd have to see it in person to say it's tweaked. The chainring, wheels add to the illusion I believe.

This looked tweaked according to the distance of the tire to the down tube but inperson it was found to be straight, same illusion I'm guessing
