Here's a novel idea- instead of asking and waiting for a plethora of smartassed answers here you could just go to the Sidi website and get the answer right away. And I am sure that I won't be the only one to tell you that if you can't tell the difference between road shoes and mountain bike shoes you don't need a pair of $450 cycling shoes!
