Just found this forum. Great to find a place where there is nothing but commuters in the forum. So many experiences to share, that my car driving friends just don't understand.

My commute:

29.4 mile round trip. Exactly 14.7 miles one way, takes 45-50 minutes at 17-19 mph avg. Some rolling hills, and long graduals. Not to mention the Oklahoma wind( comes from every direction but my TAIL!)

When the transportation dept. gets the bridge done, then I will be commuting from the house. That will 42 miles a day. Good news is: they are just about done!

This a great thread, and look forward to reading and sharing more of our daily commuting experiences.
