What are the biggest contributing factors to a wheels stiffness from its components?
-spoke count
-actual spoke brand/type
-hub
-rims

Also is it possible to make up durability/stiffness using stonger spokes.
I am looking at some possible wheel builds so any info would help me with some decisions.
