As a owner of a Slipstream and a BOB trailer I think you might have a problem if you choose a pannier set that would extend below the rear axel of the bike. From the pictures on the Arkel site it looks like it might just work. You might think of getting a small set of panniers and rack for the front of the bike to give it a little better balance.
