Just look for a race that has a junior feild for you to race in, those are always slow for some reason. That is unless it is US nationals junior racing where there are 175 people there from all over the country, then you be lucky to make it back home alive.
I've done better in cat 5 races that junior races. You don't know if there's a cat 2 junior who's going to own you in those.
