I got my first at about 5 years of age, too. It was a maroon coloured "Majestic", I think it was an English bike. My childhood was ruined because this bike had white tires and I could not leave skid marks on the sidewalk like all my friends could.
I don't remember having training wheels, so I guess they weren't on the bike for long. I also had a "racoon tail" on it for a while (don't know if it was real or fake)
