I took the wheel off, as soon as I take the wheel into my hand and hold it on its sides by the free wheel the wheel turns slow and somes to a quik stop that is to quik. When I let go of the free wheel and hold thee wheel by its axels the wheel turns smooth and fine.so i guess that the cassettes are the problem.
