I'm all for proportional wheels.

700c for riders taller than 5'9
650c for riders taller than 5'6
26" for riders taller than 5'3

big wheels are harder to fit into frames, compared to smaller ones.
In fact, someone ought to make 750c (ISO 700) for riders over 6'0"
