I'll jump in on the fun. Three weeks ago, I was 313 lbs. Today I am 300 lbs. I've been riding a bit and eating less. This seems to be working. Really want to get out and ride at least four days this week, and would like to get below 300 lbs. I hope I'm doing this right.
