Or "Ok"? While I'm at it, why do some members write like they have a grade six education? My spelling isn't perfect, but at least I try. What happened to punctuation? And what is with all the acronyms? ...You are not communicating if you can't be understood.
I'm with you on the "So..." it annoys the @ss off me every time I see it. Spelling and punctuation are lost causes--I was a magazine editor for years, and those aspects of communication are just gone. Schools don't stress them, people don't learn, and they don't care that they don't know. In the 16 years I had kids in public school, I don't think I ever got a handout from a teacher or administrator that didn't have some grammatical or punctuation error in it, and the level of writing on this site is pretty dismal.
As for the acronyms, though, you're flat wrong. Every job, sport or activity that I know of uses verbal shortcuts--S&L, IPO, ACL, rpm, IRA, mph. It's not cycling's job to communicate with you. If you want to participate, it's your job to learn the vernacular.
