For what its worth, Performance has a very kind return policy. Basically if anything is defective or otherwise damaged due to failure they will accept the return and pay the shipping.

However, I get the feeling that you are talking more on the small scale. IRO is good. Harris is okay. I don't have a ton of Internet, but not huge company experience.
