Back in the "day", Cannondale's top of the line touring model (ST-2000, ST-1000) was equipped with factory front low-rider and rear racks (the racks may not have been manufactured by Cannondale, they were more likely OEM manufactured) to go with its range of branded panniers. I am looking for a rear rack (in black) that is similar in design and aesthetics to the original Cannondale ST rear rack.

Here is what the original Cannondale rack looked like in catalog shots (click to embiggen) at the end of the 1980s:

I have looked around rack manufacturers' web sites (Topeak, Old Man, Nitto, Nashbar, Tubus, Surly, etc.) but cannot find any racks that look similar to the original C'dales: Is anybody familiar with rack models that are similar in appearance and design to the original C'dale touring model, or the name of the manufacturer that made these for C'dale?

I realize this is a long shot but thought it would be worth a shot.
