Can you do these? Planks from elbows or hands? I tried them in today's workout from elbows...not a chance! I had to shift too much to stabilize. Guess that's a much more advanced than my ability at this time.
I'll have to try molecularman's recommendations next time.
I just tried, and I can do them, but I have to really concentrate on keeping my hips down.
