I am stumped as to what to do with this frame.

I've had this bike since the late 80s when I bought it from some fellow in NYC.
it looked as bad as this when I bought it - but I didn't know any better.
it's been great to ride over the years, in NY, France and Toronto. But it's a little small for me (60cm c-t) and then bottom bracket was shot when I finally decided to look at it.
and so I said to heck with it, pass it on.

but I can't decide if it merits a paint job. Noah the painter can make it look pristine with all the original decals etc.
but can anyone more familiar with Bianchi models (calling Bianchigirl!) suggest if i could ever get my paint job investment back (I won't likely be riding it again, having accepted my 62cm fate) or should I just offer it up "as is".

I mean, it doesn't even have Columbus or Campagnolo dropouts (it has Gipiemme).
